1. How long has your Surgeon been living and practicing in Alaska? How many laser vision procedures has the surgeon performed? Some surgeons do procedures then fly back home out of state never to see the patient for their follow-up care. Follow-up care by the surgeon is very important to your visual outcome. If you fly out of state, there is no way for you to get the proper follow-up care. Ends up costing you more!

| 10. Surgical outcomes analysis is a program to finely tune your procedure based on past results. Doing outcomes analysis only at 3 months post-op can result in under or overcorrecting at 6 months to 1 yr after your procedure. Does your Surgeon also do outcomes analysis at the 6-month, 1-year, and 2-year interval for constant improvement? |
